Gen Z (ages 18-24) is on the rise: according to a recent survey by Realtor.com, 4 out of 5 Gen Z’ers say they want to own a home and are already working toward that goal by saving for down payments and planning out their future savings. 2 of 5 answered that they would like to own a home by the time they’re 25. Only 4% of respondents say they don’t want to buy a home due to the expenses of homeownership.
